8.3 This Agreement may be terminated by the Employee providing to the Employer at least 2 (two) months prior notice in writing.
8.4 The Employee shall not, at any time after she has given or received notice to terminate the employment, make either directly or indirectly any public statement in relation to the Employer or the Employer’s business activities.
9. Confidentiality
9.1 The Employee shall not either during the continuance of her retention hereunder or thereafter, except as authorized by the Employer, reveal to any person whomsoever any of the trade secrets, secret or confidential operations, processes or dealings or any information concerning the business or finances of the Employer or any of its dealing transactions or affairs which may come to her knowledge during the course of her employment, and shall keep with complete secrecy all confidential information entrusted to her, and shall not use or attempt to use any such information in any manner which may injure or cause loss either directly or indirectly to the Employer, its parent, subsidiaries or related companies, customers or other business.
9.2 The Employee shall not, during the continuance of her duties, make otherwise than for the benefit of the Employer any notes or memoranda relating to any matter within the scope of the business of the Employer or its subsidiaries or related companies or concerning any of its dealing or affairs, nor shall the Employee, either during the continuance of her retention or afterwards, use or permit to be used any such notes or memoranda otherwise than for the benefit of Employer, it being the intention of the Parties hereto that all such notes or memoranda made by the Employee shall be the absolute property of the Employer, and shall be kept at the Employer’s office upon termination of this Agreement.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Thailand.
11. Assignment
No right or obligations hereunder shall be assigned, transferred, subcontracted or otherwise disposed of, in whole or in part, without prior written consent of the other party.
