Phytochemical Analysis

Bioinsecticide obtained from Natural

Product Research Unit, Department of Biology,

Faculty of Science, Chiang Mai University,

Thailand, was tested for the presence of

bioactive compounds. Standard screening tests

and conventional protocols were used for the

determination of alkaloids, saponins, tannins,

flavonoids, phenolics, cardiac glycosides,

triterpenes, coumarins, phtobatannins, steroids,

anthraquinones and reducing sugar .
