Thank you for your information. I am vary sorry the see this issue. We are checking all system event server and all network. We found some issue on system 1. We found some electrical surge from power supply. This make the some floor switch burn and some WIFI Access point hang. We have fully implement the power back up and surge protection all floors last 2 months ago. But some equipment have problem. We will urgent to change and re-check all WIFI AP.
2. We found some guest equipment sent the virus to the system. We have block this user already.
3. I am vary sorry. We did not have any information for hotel event today I and my technical in hotel full day. We have service call for 24 hrs. or incase of serious hotel can call me. Previously I have call from hotel on midnight because of electrical power down.
The action
1. Today we have check our server and all network by software monitor and reset by software. We have reset server on 6.30 PM and reset WIFI Access point tonight.
2. Tomorrow morning our network team will recheck all network and WIFI Access point.
3. We will check the guest usage that hotel comment on July 21-23 ,2015 and sent report to hotel.
4. We will check the ISP Internet provider for internet used on that time and sent report to hotel
