We are shipping agent of the connecting vessel to korea, we definitely confirm the rubber can be transshipped to north korea and we had transshipped many containers to NAMPO. We get the D/O from frist shipping liner from BKK TO DALIAN and we will transship the cargoes to korea nampo after clear customs in dalian.
Now the problem is not us, the problem is CMA –CGM shipping liner, as far as I am concerned, all the cargoes to korea loading on the CMA vessel must get the permission from their head office . if not, they must be refused to transport to destination. so maybe something wrong on the port of loading CMA.
