1.5 Contractor Use of Premises
(a) General: During construction period, the Contractor shall have full use of premises for construction operations, including use of Site. The Contractor's use of premises is limited only by Owner's right to perform Work or to retain other contractors on portions of Project.
(b) Access to Site shall be agreed with the Engineer prior to the Commencement Date.
(c) Use of Site: Limit use of premises to Work in areas indicated. Confine operations to areas within contract limits indicated. Do not disturb portions of Site beyond areas in which Work is indicated.
(d) Allow for the Owner occupancy and use.
(e) Keep driveways and entrances serving premises clear and available to the Owner, the Owner's employees, public, and emergency vehicles at all times. Do SEAGATE NEW DRIVE BUILDING 6 (PHASE 2 & 3) GENERAL REQUIREMENT

not use these areas for parking or storage of materials. Schedule deliveries to minimize space and time requirements for storage of materials and equipment on-site.
(f) Limit construction operations to areas where Work is indicated. See Section 01500 Construction Facilities and Temporary Controls.
(g) The Contractor shall be responsible for arranging his own working space, storage facilities of materials, siting of all temporary accommodation, etc. at locations to be agreed with the Engineer. No claim whatsoever will be entertained for any reason regarding the siting or allocation of any such space regardless of the distance from the Works.
