Michael Gumaer, 38, is accused of illegally using an Endicott woman's credit card at businesses in Vestal, Johnson City and Endwell, according to the Broome County Sheriff's Office. The credit card was reported stolen Sept. 23, police said, and Gumaer was identified as a suspect through surveillance video.
The card was used at Lowes Home Improvement store in Vestal, the Walmart in Johnson City, a McDonald's and several convenience stores, according to police.
