Development Plans
Development plans should prepare you to take on greater responsibility or make more effective use of your strengths in your current position. Seagate encourages all employees to create a development plan to build the competencies necessary to perform their job and to enable the successful execution of their goals. FY2014 dates are July 1, 2013 to June 27, 2014.
Development plans are not formally evaluated or rated. They are included in the annual performance evaluation for reference only.
