the study reveals mild compression fracture L5 less than 20% with associated abnormal marrow signal intensity. It shows hypointense T1W hyperintense STIR signal with abnormal enhancement. Also noted same abnormal signal of marrow and enhancement is at sacrum and iliac bones, predominent at mid-left side. Associated soft tissue mass is shown at left paravertebral region.
Another site of abnormal vertebral enhancement is at T10 vertebra. It is a small lesion confined in vertebral body. Mixed high and low T1W , high STIR signal makes it to be DDx metastatic lesion or the noninvasive vertebral hemangioma.
Homogeneous marrow signal change at C spine is likely postradiation chance. Mild degenerative change of cervical spine is noted resulting mild central canal stenosis. For the whole spine no significant canal stenosis is shown. The spine cord including cervicomedullary junction appears normal is size and signal intensity. No intradural lesion is apparent. Alignment appears normal, no spondylolisthesis.
CONCLUSION and Opinion
Much motion artifacts rather limits evaluation in some details.
