The research addresses several questions.
These are:
1- The ratio of students who do use movies in L2 acquisition and learning
compared to those who don't.
2- The role movies might play in L2 input.
3- The effectiveness of the method (do English speaking movies improve L2
learning?).
4- Students' points of view as regards watching movies (e.g. do students watch
movies for entertainment only, or with language learning in mind?).
5- How movies improve students' understanding of English speaking cultures.
6- Movie-activities done by the students in order to make the most of the
watching experience.
