How do I pay the customs charges?
We will send you a letter to inform you of the Custom charges. The easiest and quickest ways are to pay via your Account, Bank Transfer or MoneyGram Transfer Services.
How much will my delivery cost?
Depending on the size of your shipment, where the goods are going to and how fast you want the goods to arrive all have a factor in calculating the cost for delivery. Speak to our Customer Service Team and they can guide you through the options and associated costs.
When are signatures required?
Signatures are always required both on collection and delivery. If there is no one in, the driver will leave a card detailing the appropriate arrangements for re-delivery or collection. This information will also be available under the tracking of the item. Signature on delivery confirms that the package has been received in good condition. If there is any evident damage to the packaging this must be marked as such on the delivery note.
What happens if my delivery is delayed?
We’ll inform you by email if our schedule is affected - and if your delivery is urgent, we’ll contact you by phone. You can also check our progress via daily reports, or track your delivery online throughout its journey.
