I've been doing this workout 3 times per week for two months and I have seen AMAZING improvements in my legs. They've gotten so much thinner and my quads and hamstrings look so toned and lean! They aren't getting big or bulky, it's the perfect amount of muscle. I also do the "9 exercises for a flat stomach" every day and I can see an insane improvement in my body. I love XHIT! :)
