Customer’s needs and preferences
What is need? Customer's need is the things that customer require and necessary in order to satisfy themselves. Customer is deserved for the service that they had paid in addition more luxury also more price to pay as well depend on the customer's need and their budget(Balaz V, 2000). For example the customer booking a hotel for their vacation in primary every room must have a bed and another facility to having a bed does not increase the customer satisfaction, but if the hotel room is no bed for the customer it might be the dissatisfaction to them. There is an example of customer basic needs for business (Business case studies, 2014).
