Scene: The floor attendant is walking in the corridor when a guest comes out of the room.
A: Good morning ,sir. After you, please. (He makes way for him to pass by)
B: Good morning. Would you please do me a favor?
A: Yes, sir. I’m always at your service.
B: My son is coming for the summer holidays next week. Could I have an extra bed, a kind of a roll-away?
A: Please contact the Front Office first. I’ll get you the extra bed with their permission.
B: Have you any idea how much an extra bed costs?
A: It’s US $20 for one night.
B: By the way, could you get us a few more hangers? We have so many clothes. We are long-staying guests, as you know.
A: Yes, sir. We are happy to have you. We do hope you are enjoying your stay with us.
B: Thanks. Could you change a pillow for me? This one is too thin, and with a stain on it.
A: Certainly, sir. I’ll see to it right away. I do wish we had known earlier.
B: How nice of you to say so!
A: It’s my pleasure. I’ll be back in a minute, sir.
