ECBI Intensity. There was a significant relationship between supports, ตัวแปรร่วม, interaction terms, and confidence and satisfaction (R2= .24, F(11, 123) = 3.427, p < .05). After examining the value of R2, it was determined that 24% of the variance in confidence and satisfaction can be attributed to the ตัวแปรร่วม, independent variables, moderator, and interaction terms. The terms associated with a significant slope were social support, ECBI intensity, and the social support × intensity of behaviors interaction term. The positive relationship between social support and confidence and satisfaction was stronger among those with lower ECBI intensity scores. Although there is a positive interaction between social support and confidence and satisfaction, the relationship appears to be weaker. It should be noted that there is a large gap between confidence and satisfaction scores for those who reported low EBCI intensity scores and those who reported high ECBI intensity scores.Specifically, it appears that those who perceive a lower frequency of disruptive behaviors have much higher confidence and satisfaction scores (Fig. 4).
