To evaluate the inhibitory effects of B. subtilis on A. carbonarius extension in grapes during cold storage (1 C), 20 bunches of Red Earth grapes were sampled and treated with B. subtilis liquid culture supernatant as described in 2.1. Each bunch of grape berries was immersed in B. subtilis liquid culture supernatant for 1 min, surface dried in sterile airflow, and then placed in a cardboard box to prevent environmental contamination.
