Main Responsibilities:
Provide business application support and business process consultation under responsible business areas (Customer Services, Accounts Receivable, Finished Goods Master)
Diagnose end-user application system-related incidents and provide corrective resolution or escalate to regional center for next level support
Coordinate with market business excellence and process owners in assessing emerging market business requirements to align with application template processes and best practice
Participate in on-going implementation or enhancement projects in responsible business areas
Identify the changes in process, data, and technology required to address business requirements, including the development of functional specifications according to the market requirements following change request procedure
Conduct systems tests to ensure that solutions delivered by regional center address business requirements as defined and specified in functional specifications
Coordinate with role-coordinator to ensure that end-user-role has been properly tested before role assignment to the employee, raise role change request and/or escalate the request/problem to regional center when required
Assess super-user and end-user training requirements and deliver business application training to users
