I know a lot of you are wondering how fast this year is going by. We are already in June and it’s time for Mid-Year Conversation. It seems like yesterday when we had our year end reviews!
There is a lot going on in our functions and businesses. I would request you pause and engage in candid conversations with your manager on the progress against your objectives so far, what’s most important to achieve in the months ahead, and what support you need from them to do so.
If you’re a manager, it’s your opportunity to ensure there is complete goal and role clarity across your team members. It’s also your chance to understand how you can best guide and support them to drive our results together.
