Following our meeting with Mettler Toledo, we are facing a challenge that we have to clear out prior to turbidity sensor purchase.
main concern : can this device make the difference between an old coco loaded with meat in suspension and a fermented coco water ?
Can we help this device to make this difference by selecting the right filter before measurement?
Would be great to make lab scale study with old coconut water and fermented coconut water by filtering at different sizing (1000 microns - 50 microns range) and check if the right filter mesh may help identifying old coconut from fermented coconut by filtration.
My assumption is that a fully spoiled coconut (Y and M) will be recognized by the device anyway.
