Greeting from Russia in acknowledgement of your "Minute of Meeting" for my perusal with thanks. Hereby are my sharing of comments and ideas for all our dedicated management's consideration.
Further to Khun Chaiyaporn's comments and suggestions I incline to support his idea to conduct a thorough analysis in details on "DOC Sales" vs "Self Rearing" whether which methodology will provide us less "Loss" or "Gain".
Anyhow, this is only one part of idea on how to improve our "Productivity & Efficiency" from the sales' side. I would strongly suggest that while we are running our business in a "Low Performing Organization" for already quite a number of years. We cannot keep on explaining ourselves to the top management like Khun Adirek that due to the problem of "Low Pricing" of end products without carefully and strategically looking into our overall "Productivity & Efficiency Improvement" through out the whole "Value Chain" both at all Operational BUs and Supportive BUs.
In case all of you agree with me I would propose your management to set up a steering committee to handle and monitor "Productivity & Efficiency Improvement" by appointing Country President as a Chairman and CFO as a Vice Chairman while all BU Heads concerned as a committee member.
Objective of this steering committee member is meant to emphasize on monitoring target as well as achievement of each individual BU's productivity and efficiency to be reported at the "SCM" by treating with this policy statement as one of the most important strategies the so what I call "Productivity & Efficiency Improvement Strategy".
Pursuant to stipulated policy statement on productivity & efficiency improvement all BU Heads are supposed to translate the aforesaid strategy into "Work Program/Action Plan" and bring them forward for presentation at the next coming up SCM.
Kindly treat with this policy as a "Quick Win Strategy" and seriously work in coordination with all staffs concerned in your own BU for the best effectiveness of your own mission. When once Khun Adirek raises his question and/or concern in our overall unproductive performance the Country President will be in the reasonable position to respond him in a more professional way.
Last but not least kindly clarify me Dr. Imran's new role by describing his new JD clearly.
