I am out of the office on Australia day parades, but logged in mobile banking, payment is not received.
I believe payment transfer may have been too late on Monday, as I suspect payment was made well after our general trading hours (time difference).
Today is public holiday, banks do not process. I suspect funds will probably appear on Wednesday afternoon Australia time.
Pickup date:
I believe the best pickup date is going to be Thursday afternoon this week. I am considering to drop the goods directly to DHL for speedier and safer processing.
Delays:
The Australia Day holiday will cause (just estimate) day in processing, but goods will be dispatched this week.
I received the bid approval from Samsung on Monday afternoon, however, distributor could not process on that Monday due to late in afternoon.
They will process my order and dispatch to me on Wednesday, when they are back to work. I will pick pack label accordingly to your freight agent requirements after that.
Pickup location:
To be honest, I am little bit worried about DHL, they have such a bad name in Australia for their 3rd party drivers opening goods and stealing items out of cartons. They have been quite a few instances, they were caught on camera.
Everytime I have used them, they always loose goods for delivery in Australia.
Goods should be 18 cartons from my recollection (60 units per carton).

I am extremely worried about DHL services, they are not good service provided in Australia. There has been cases of them caught on camera stealing goods from cartons. Most of their drives are 3rd party employees.
So I am even considering to drop the goods directly to DHL drop off location, which is not too far from my office. I would feel much safer, and it may save some time and ensure DHL receive items for international shipping quicker.
Please do not arrange pick-up until I confirm. As mentioned above, I may also drop off for safety.
Package Labelling
Can you advise how you would like the goods labelled? Ie delivery address is Ascenti right?
Once confirm for you to make booking for pickup (or for me to drop off), DHL should normally send you consignment labels.
Please make sure my name (Kylie Manuel) is on the contact forms to enable me to liase with them.
