This shipment is very urgent & the original plan to delivery is 25/Oct but flight was arrived at 10.00pm on 25/Oct that why we verbal discussed to changed delivery date on 26/Oct instead & included updated our plan (same attached). In case, no reply mail from our team to change, What ‘s the common sense to take action? Maintain delivery date on 25/Oct or Call to our team to negotiated to change the delivery date or do nothing and say sorry is enough?
