b. Amphonet team can make maximum 3 product presentation or POC for new SI
i. If Amphonet employees handle POC, then Amphonet should know all details about end user, especially: IT manager of end user
ii. Resellers who can’t present products or make POC should cover cost of this job or have support from distributors
4. Cooperation with retail resellers
a. We support retail partners to increase our revenue and distribute all products to all shops with shop
decoration
b. Our retail distributors should be able to train salespeople about our products and take care of retail
resellers regarding delivery products and shop decoration.
5. Sending quotations to partners are based on template and current price list and quotation template. If the quota has discount higher than 30%, then approval of Managing Director is required.
Communication
1. Sending e-mails to business partners is important to confirm business information, including offers, quotations and conditions of cooperation.
a. Communication with partners by e-mail is allowed only using the company e-mail accounts.
b. All employees should put the supervisor in CC in all e-mails which are sent:
i. to top management of the company partners
ii. with agreements, conditions of cooperation and quotations
iii. regarding all other matters according to management requirement
c. All employees should put Managing Director in CC in all e-mails which are sent:
i. in English language
ii. all partners abroad
iii. to Business Development Managers
iv. regarding all other matters according to supervisor requirement
2. Regarding urgent issue employees should use all communication channels until effective confirmation of receiving message.
