1. You didn’t list the content design, so would like to know how the content looks like?
GL: the content is good, please make sure the page number are right. Besides, do we have any better photos than the one you stood with arm crossed?
Big : On this Saturday 16th I wear CYCAM jersey and riding at Ratchaburi province with Kob & Aou who can take a best photo for Online medias including at content page krub.
GL: you will be going to the province with Kob & AOU, please be aware of safety in riding & shooting photos. SHE (Safety; Health & Environment) always in priority.

Your content photo on the content page is nice with good riding form, but too many non-CYCAM brands wearing on you? So any suggest to amend? Shall we cut & paste CYCAM brand instead here?
GL: I am satisfied with the overall editing, but the photos from Sarto or Litespeed are quite blur in the print out. I worried the poor resolution photos make the leaflets look bad?
Big: This affect is cause by reduce file from Ai to PDF to easily sending via email krub. We test printing everytime we finish proof which they are not blur krub.
GL: that’s fine, that really relieve my worry a lot. Let see how good is the final version.
GL: the double pages arrangement is good, but shall we print it in smaller size to let the photos look a bit sharp? Please advise
Big: Agreed krub. Because of Sarto pictures are safe files from Sarto website which smaller size are better than krub.
GL: You & Kob make the sensible suggestion which size to go for the final printing. Let me know the size & shape before go for it. Thanks
2. Sarto as the first product to present is fine, but I don’t see all targeted bikes from Sarto was listed, for example, TT Bike Velox?
3.2 Shall we also include Sarto MTB FS & HT onto the brochure?
3.3 Only the Dinamica has pure white background, I think we shall use the same design to use either PURE WHITE or with grey box like SETA. We have to keep the same brand same pattern.
3.4 I have highlighted a few value & quality from Sarto, we should list them out on the Sarto front page to educate Thai potential customer/dealer.
3.5 we might consider to keep Sarto Front page in double page design as Litespeed.
GL: I think more information is better, we have only a bit specification is not enough. But we might add more next time.

GL: don’t think Sarto with other brand wheels are good, rider will feel confused. So we might either cut & paste Campagnolo wheels instead or just adding a remark indicating Sarto sells frameset only, you might do DIY assembly to make it a pro-bike? Any comment. Bottom line, don’t promote for another brand at any time.
Big:Noted krub. I will input "Frameset Only" under all of Sarto specification krub.
GL: I think you better insert Campagnolo wheels for we will parallel import Campagnolo wheels & group set from GR Bikes in the future. That’s we can use Campagnolo to advertising Sarto. Besides, Karim also recommended us to promote with Campagnolo for Sarto. Lastly, Campagnolo is an old & reliable brand which can help to build up Thai rider to this new brand. Actually, Camp is a good gear but require good fitting & setting.
GL: but NOT to confuse customer, we also need to write clear Sarto is for DIY assembly, only frame set for sale
GL: we should put more promotional words as the design on the Cycling Plus ADV, saying Outstanding frameset, 100% handmade & Design in Italy to draw attention from reader.
GL: now the basic structure is there, but the brochure doesn’t have good taste now which needs some SIMPLE; KEY & POWERFUL words to enlightening it up. Do you get me.
GL: find some good words to highlight those bike brands krub. Just like “Chinese saying drop a eye for a dragon to make it dance to the sky”
3. Litespeed double front page (divider) is good, looks professional.
4.1 but why we listed only two models, and why we listed them on double page to highlight Litespeed, they are medium priced products.
4.2 please keep all brands same pattern of design, don’t use double page until you wanted to highlight some bling & key promoting model. Keep the entire brochure style consistence is very very important.
4.3 Shall we also include some Titanium model to show & test the market how they respond to T model?
GL: same problem as Sarto, the photos of the frames or bikes are blur, reduce size of the brochures? Please comment

4. Rotwild double front page is good, which represents well the character of Rotwild = professional MTB bike
5.1 I stated very clear, Rotwild key product is AMG, so we should put AMG model up front & also highlight AMG GT S model as well.
5.2 we should also tell rider what is the meaning of Rotwild, which means RED DEER in German, that is to way to indirect sell Rotwich comes from German, with German’s innovation as what Ergon also promoting the same. Why not Rotwild in CYCAM portfolio?
5.3 To highlight all AMG model with AMG logo, don’t forget AMG is the supporting point (the Bracket) for marketing promotion.
5.4 the number of models is right, but shall we also mention the frameset model for rider to choose? & the Rotwild Jersey/bibs too to let dealer/customer know Rotwild is a full range bike manufacturer from Germany.
GL: I like the layout here for they have a lot of related information. That is called professional, so we see who is better in presenting bikes for customer. Rotwild is better indeed. CYCAM should learn from it.

5. I personally prefer the photo (either Trekking or Expedition) used in Tout Terrain leaflet, rather than the Tibet one which you used here. Which looks a bit messy & the Tout Terrain bikes are not clear they are Tout Terrain?
6.1 we have to make an overview listing all key bike model after the double page to provide an easy reference for customer to have one glance of all bikes of each brand in one go.
6.2 what is the meaning of Tout Terrain also helps to communicating with dealer/customer to accept this brand. Know what is the meaning of the brand is the first step.
GL: I said I don’t like this Tibet flag photo, could we change it to the one in our web site?
Big: A photo in Toutterrain website is have low resolution for catalouge,Size is only 16x8.5 cm. krub.

GL: I don’t like it, but how do you guy find it?
GL: Silkroad is the key product to promote, why we don’t place the fibre chain as the selling point? Although Tout Terrain has metal chain, but we promote fibre chain, so the brochure has to match & help to promote from there.

GL: there are some other niche features of Tout Terrain, like the painting; the integrated frame; Pinion & Rolm gears to select etc. We didn’t stress on those features to highlight, which makes the brochures less interesting.

GL: I said many times, more brand related photos with more creative editing to make the brochure more fun. It is too late, we learnt from this time & let you design & Kob do it to make it happened in 2016 product brochure. You design & Kob make editing would make things easier. Now you do design & editing in one person is tough to have a bird eye view to evaluate how the design works out & couldn’t feel as a reader point of view. So please do separation of work in next time.

6. OSEOUS front page is fine, I like that. But one of the supporting point here for OSEOUS is “Ceramic Braking Rim” which enhance xx% the braking efficiency (to be confirmed with WAX/ISSA).
7.2 the Alloy new model is one of the target model to sell, so shall we include it on it?
GL: My OSEOUS alloy wheel has Kic Kic sound these days when I ride on roller. It disappeared when I changed to bigger gear, it happened when I ride on small cassette like 12 & 14. I will try some more ride for longer to see if it was Campagnolo gear problem or it also happens to Shimano group set. Keep you posted of this issue
GL: to be honest, I am quite worry OSEOUS problem, it seems never end. What if we got a lot of customer complaint for quality problem in the future?
Big : Many Distributor in Thailand alway have product problem which Many companies can't handle to solve problems.This is a way must to do for keep loyalty of customer.
