Qualifications:
- Male/Female ages not over 35 year old
- Bechelor degree in Business administraion of Public Administration of other related filed
- At least 0-2 years of experience in call center will be advantage
- Good command of Englis and microsoft office program
- Very good communiction negotiation interpersonal and creativity skills
- Ability to mange multiple tasks in fast environment
- Able to work in shift and on a standby for Front line Associates staff FLAs at branches
- Good attitude and word well uder pressure to meet deadline
