Our client is a company that providing grate combination of tourism. They are currently seeking dynamic and qualified candidates to work in the position of Executive Secretary to support their growing business.
Job Description:
Providing confidential secretarial and administrative support to management.
Being a management representative as assigned.
Ensuring that policies from management are cascaded to concerned areas.
Planning and managing management meetings, company events, workshops, activities and business trips as assigned.
Preparing correspondence, management reports and presentations for managements.
Handling and providing the full range of secretarial and administrative duties as assigned.
Preparing reports on matters related to the management.
Setting up accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors.
Setting up and coordinating meetings.
Creating, transcribing and distributing meeting agendas and taking minutes of meetings.
Providing efficient assistance to internal customers including by meeting and greeting visitors.
Being a management representative as assigned.
Managing secretary team.
Qualifications:
Thai nationality, female only, aged 35 -40 years.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field.
Having experience as a secretary to executive management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a mature and pleasant personality.
Proactive, flexible, able to multi-task.
Good command of English.
