2. Duration of Contract and Work Site The duration of the contract is for………. month/year(s) starting on the day of the Employee’s arrival in (country) ………..……….... and the work site is at…………………………….. This contract shall be extended upon mutual agreement between the Employer and the Employee.
3. Probation Period In conformity with the local labour law, the Employee shall work on probation for a period of………..days (according to local labour law), starting from the first day of work.
