China-vietnam:a systematic mechanism in shape
In order to manage their territorial disputes, china and Vietnam initiated a system of talks and discussions which was both highly structured and extensive, and from bottom to top they were as follow(i) Expert-level take;(ii) govermant-level talks,i.e. deputy/viec-minister;(iii) foreign minister-level takes;and (iv) hight-level talks,i.e. presidents, prim ministers, and secretary-generals of the cpc and the cpv. This system of talk was gradually established following the full normalisation of bilateral relation in late 1991 and has contributed to positive management of the china-vietnam disputes in relation to the south china sea.
