MANUFACTURING PROCESS

1. WEIGHTING PROCESS
k) All the raw materials supplied from store
will be kept in Raw Materials Buffer Room.
l) From buffer room, Operator will take every
item of raw material (one after one) into
weighing room for weighing process
m) Before weighing process started, operator
has to make sure the room is clean. The
weighing balance and all utensils are cleaned
and no previous batch materials left in the
room.
n) All the weighed material will be checked by
QC to confirm the correct weight and correct
material.
o) The weighed materials are then put into
blender for mixing process.
2. SACHET FILLING PROCESS
p) Before sachet filling process started, operator
has to make sure the room is clean. The
sachet filling machine and all utensils are
cleaned and no previous batch materials left
in the room. The sterilization machine and
air-conditional has been switched on.
q) The mixed powder will be pour into the
sachet filling machine hopper slowly to
minimize dust in the air. The dust extraction
unit must be switched ON at this stage.
r) Before the actual production, the filling
machine has to be test run until the desired
weight are achieved. Once achieved, QC
officer will counter check and verified before
the production run starts.
s) During the sachet filling process, samples are
taken at random fill weight monitoring
t) The filled are seal sachets are then collected
in plastic baskets, The plastic baskets will be
labeled with QUARANTINE sticker
u) Once the QC department has verified all
specifications, he/she will paste the
APPROVE/PASSED sticker for packing
