the hotel is in an excellecent location with its own entrance to the sky train and only one stop to the river. There is a great swimming pool with a wow factor.
The room was very comfortabe with a very large King bed with panoramic views over the city towards the river. On arrival one of the two teaspoons used for making tea and cofee in the room had not be washed and was brown and sticky. You are given a key card that is used both for the room and for the lift. On first use the key card is not so easy to use in the lift and we remained for 5 minutes on arrival stuck on the ground floor trying to get to the 28th floor. Breakfast is good and plentiful but the music tends to be too loud and on one of the four mornings it felt like being in a discotheque......not a good way to start the day.
The swimming pool is stunning but unfortuately the sun beds are limited and it is difficult to find an empty one because they are occupied it seems by guests reserving them by leaving towels, hats and odd belongings on them.
