CHAPTER 1
Introduction
Flaperons are a specialised type of aircraft flight control surface that combines aspects of both flaps and ailerons. . The use of flaperons instead of separate flaps and ailerons can result in an overall reduction in the weight of an aircraft. Flaperons are often mounted well clear of the trailing edge of the wing to ensure undisturbed airflow across the flight control surface whilst at low speed or at high angles of attack. This helps to reduce stall speed and improves low speed handling characteristics.
1.1 Statement of Problem
Flaperons are involving concern for light sport aircraft. Flaperons are help create a lifting force to the body of the aircraft, there are many type for flapperons. Flaperons are setup at a certain but if miss to setup, what effect.This project aiming to study and analyze flaperon in order to compare the result form different type.
1.2 Objective
To study principle of flaperon and also analyze to find the result for each model that and evaluate of the testing
1.3 Scope of Study
This project will include analyzing flaperons from Zenith STOL CH 750 aircraft and building the demo of flaperon to use testing with wind tunnel and testing in computer software.
1.4 Methodology

1.5 Expected Outcome
1.5.1 Research result of the intelligence base ready this project is smoothly and has the right elements.
1.5.2 Understanding the composition of flaperon based on new principles for the development of the best.
1.5.3 The results of the study can be able to apply to light sport aircraft category.
