To update product blockouts, select a week in the calendar week and a product. The current blockouts for the selected week will appear on the right side of the page. If the selected product has tour options, blockouts for each tour option will be displayed. Please allow time for all the results to display.
To block out a day for a product, select the Blockout button for the corresponding day. After selecting the button please wait for the results to re-display. The day blocked out should now show "Blocked out" and a Make Available button will appear. This process might take up to a minute - please avoid navigating away from the page until the process is complete.
To unblock a product, select the "Make Available" button on the selected product or tour grade. After completing the process, the product will re-appear with a Block out button. The product is now available for purchase on the Viator network.
Some products may not be blocked out or made available. If you need to alter these products please contact your Viator Product Manager.
