I well saw the 2 sections in the excel file. 2014 and 2015 and this is why I sent you this email telling you there was a problem for many items as we haven’t received specific notifications warning us about the increase of the items concerned.
A warning to bring our attention on these changes in order to let us the possibility to correct / modify the prices ,if possible, into our business….
It has not been done for most of them !
Without this notification, you can understand that we haven’t reacted as we do have trust in our partnership, and we finally found many prices problem after deliveries.
We have more than a thousand references we work on, and we can not check each item when placing an order as for us it is clear the price agreed, IF NO SPECIFIC NOTIFICATION, remain the same !
If you did a mistake by allowing 35% discount for distribution, it can not be changed without notification first… this is what you are telling me : that you understood lately, you can not respect the agreements because of your real production cost... not less… and without pre-notification to us.
The consequences is we paid extra cost, not agreed, and not charged to our customer, for many items, during 2015.
I CAN NOT WORK IF PRICES ARE CHANGES WITHOUT SPECIFIC NOTIFICATION AND JUST LIKE THIS, BECAUSE YOU UNDERSTOOD THE PRICE WAS FINALLY NOT OK ON YOUR SIDE.

we are not a retailer, we supply to big internet companies with 1.2 - till 1.4 marge for large volumes…… when you increase of 20% an item , we loose money or no profit.. multiplied by many items : it is catastrophic…or we work for nothing because you have not told us clearly about these changes….
Prices agreed must remain. I can undertand for a few items some little change, BUT NOT IN SUCH PROPORTIONS.
We have a sale the 24th August. This commercial proposition is going to be contracted by the end of this week. The detail is attached with the Triple Tree references (and quantities specified)
=> PLEASE send me in a column ALL the prices.
if no marge anymore, all the references will be canceled and replaced by others from others suppliers
