to 18 °C after 8 days post harvest. One day after transfer to 18 °C, some
fruits were treated with 1 ppm 1-MCP and connected to air supply (M). Time
points S1 and S2 refer to the time when fruits were harvested for northern
analysis. Northern blot analysis was carried out using 30 μg total RNA
samples electrophoresed and probed with respective radiolabelled probes.
