The other minerals contained in fruits are potassium, sodium and magnesium. Only one-quarter people in America eat vegetables and fruits 5 times a day and 35% people eat them once or twice a day. The ratio is quiet low because fruits contain the most essential nutrients for a powerful body. It is no doubt a blessing of nature on us as something so useful is equally tasteful.
