A sliding window calls areas from SR, the skin color region vector,
one at a time. It detects faces while scanning in the given area. Image
I is an image where faces will be detected, and Cs is . Cs detects faces
within the area of SR, and a rectangle is made with the x-axis, y-axis,
width, and height values. The data is saved in V, the factor of the area
where faces are detected, and then the next area is called on from
SR and scanned. As faces are detected within skin color regions, not
throughout the entire image, the speed is improved.
