This course develops students' communicative competence through effective integrated use of language skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Students will learn how to give discussions, presentations, speeches, and to participate in debates.

The development of study skills in higher education, in terms of time-managing, note-taking, reading-skills, report writing and library usage.
ILB 108 CRITICAL AND CREATIVE THINKING
A study of logical thinking, process of reasoning, the structure of deductive and inductive arguments, syllogism, enthymeme, basic symbolic logic, induction by enumeration, and Mill's methods. This course also includes fallacy and critical analysis of arguments found in daily life. Theories of creative thinking are included. The development techniques, factors and activities related to creative thinking are focused.
