Dear Khun Bamrung,After much thought we have decided not to employ Khun nan. My father who will be 100 in July - fingers crossed- has been unwell and his condition is deteriorating. So I have decided to be in India for the next few months. We were scheduled to holiday there anyway but I have decided to stay on and my husband will return after 3 weeks. He is not comfortable having a live-in whilst he's alone here especially since Khun Nan's cooking is not up to the standard we require. I'm sure with time and training she can become a good cook. Her cleaning and ironing is good as is her nature. We took this decision last night and I was going to tell her today but last night she asked for Sunday off so I will speak to her tomorrow. I am leaving 2nd evening so I hope she can stay on till then. That would make it 17 days she worked with us: 15 + 2 off days. Salary due to her is 7366 but I thought I'd pay her 9000. My husband will call you when he gets back- I hope you will be able to find him a part- time 3 or 4 times a week. I will also email you before he returns. Also, Khun a left a bag and pair of shorts here. I will leave these downstairs. Please ask her to collect. And please ask Khun Tukta if she remembers what she did with my dirty bath mats- I can't find 3 of them.Thank you and kind regards,RashmiSent from my iPad
