- Providing secretarial duties as well as supporting administrative and documentation functions
- Coordinating with others (internal and handling general service)
- Facilitating meetings
- Handling letters, correspondence and documents
- Undertaking for general accounting task
- support in the preparation of meeting agendas, convening notices, organization of all manager in area and Shareholders meetings.
- Assist supervisor to produce varieties of business documents
- Handle operations of office service, office supplies and equipment, office facilities, and communication systems (telephone and fax transmission systems)
- Coordinating with every other departments/divisions
- Handling schedule and travelling arrangement
