Dear all,
BA team got report in more frequency of missing information via Asia JDE users mail-group, while they should have been in contact. Information about JDE emergency maintenance or JDE special news will be sent to this mail group. So all JDE login users should have be a member of this group. To whom share e-mail group within team, we will add those groups to Asia JDE Users too.
May I describe the procedure in brief that
1. All Star/Emul users before March 2013 should have login in JDE and be a member of Asia JDE Users automatically. It was on the cut-off plan that IT will add all S/E users’ e-mail into Asia JDE Users group. There is no need to send a request via SharePoint or IT request form.
2. For a new comer, the intermediate reporting to of that position should handle facility request via IT request form (see the attached file for the last updated one). One field link to JDE login user request. IT will coordinate with BA for a new JDE login user, and so this request should imply to add the new e-mail into Asia JDE Users group automatically.
3. For any new login request via SharePoint, BA team will coordinate with Asia IT to add the user’s name in Asia JDE users group.
