ก่อนที่จะกลับมาเริ่มงานที่นี่ ผมได้เข้าไปร่วมศึกษาและช่วยด้านการให้ความเห็นเกี่ยวกับการออกแบบ และจัดเตรียมงบประมาณในโครงการนี้มาพอสมควรตรงกับเจ้าของโครงการ ผมเห็นว่าโครงการนี้มีส่วนงานบาง portion ที่มีความเป็นไปได้ที่ MBM จะมีส่วนร่วมกับมัน แต่สิ่งที่เราต้องระวังคือขนาดของโครงการที่มีขนาดใหญ่มาก พื้นที่ของ Facade area ทั้งหมด ประมาณ 90,000 m2 total facade budget approx 1,200 MiB.ในความเห็นของผม เชื่อว่า Luxury Facade area (CW1) ที่ระบุมานั่นแหละที่สอดคล้องและเข้ากับ Nature ของ MBMที่สุด อย่างไรก็ดี ข้อมูลเชิงลึกของโครงการนี้มีการวางตัวของ Aluminium Contractor ที่จะทำงานร่วมกับ Main Contractor (thai obayashi) ดังนั้่นการเข้าร่วมประมูลตรงๆไม่เหมาะกับพวกเราแน่ๆ ต้องชักจูงให้ Arup ชี้นำทางเจ้าของโครงการแยกงานส่วนนี้ออกมา Bidding และจัดซื้อโดยตรง
สุดท้ายนี้ ก่อนวันที่ 18 ผมจะหาทางนัดเจอคุณ ครับ เพื่อหารือในลายละเอียดกับเค้า
