Supply of essential nutrients in adequate amount and balance is fundamental
to achieve maximum economic yield of lowland rice. Plant sampling can be
planned in advance to determine nutrient concentration and uptake during
crop growth cycle. Data related to growth and development stages of lowland
rice cultivars recently released are limited under Brazilian conditions. The
objective of this study was to quantify growth and development stages of
lowland rice cultivar and determine nutrient uptake patterns during the
growth cycle of this cultivar.
