To Whom It May Concern
I hope this letter finds you well. As I believe you are aware we have been experiencing a number of lead time problems mentioned as we have been transitioning from our Generation 2 technology to our latest Generation 3 during the sudden increase in global demand for our products. We had recovered from that but our continuous stream of inbound purchase orders for our product and an increasing backlog has again delayed shipments to our international customers. I won't go in to the details but it has meant that our capacity has been constrained, and this along with an overwhelming level of demand than ever anticipated has left us in a position where we have not been able to service our customers as well as we would have liked.
I can only apologize at this stage for the ongoing and regular delays we have had and ask for your support and understanding. Just last week we have been notified of our lead time which is to be extended to 16 weeks (EXW Hong Kong) production lead time.
Thank you for your support in our products. Should there be any further questions or concerns in our products and capabilities, please do not hesitate to contact us through our partners.
