Table I provides a summary of all the constructs used to test the model. A total of seven constructs formed by 25 variables comprised the model. The constructs included five tangible quality constructs along with affect and intention. Reliability measures assessed by Cronbach’s coefficient alpha were also included in the table. Cronbach’s alpha is the most widely used reliability measure to estimate the degree of which various items represent the domain of the construct being measured. Alpha values ranged from 0.694 to 0.943, which meets acceptable alpha criteria of 0.700. The measurement model was tested by using LISREL 8.7. However, there were many error correlations among the items measuring different constructs, suggesting that the validity of the constructs would be questionable. Therefore, path analysis using
ordinary least squares (OLS) procedure was utilized to test the model.
