Most of people thought about product that there is more weak points than selling points which cause participants not confidence on selling products and service. In addition, participants didn’t know the technique to manage the weak point during presentation to the customer. From this workshop, instructor equip this technique. From participants, there are 3 persons (K.Manao, K. Noi, and K.Art) who can overlook the weak points of products and well understand and analyze customers and target groups
