TNT was tried to seek the location of the shipment along the way in next working day and no found the item at all. By the way, TNT is acknowledged all controllable incidents which caused by TNT. We are also strict in term of handle transportation process. Also, a disciplinary action has been done by Warehouse
Manager already.
In the other hand, if you wish to claim for lost shipment, you must comply with any applicable convention and with the procedure otherwise we reserve the right to reject claim. In case of claim issue, you must notify us in wringing about the loss within 21 days. We are please to receive all relevant
information about the shipment for further claim process. After that, we will summit and open claim file for further process which takes time approximately 30 days by Regional Claim at Head Office.
