Today around 12.34 hrs. K Aim informed me that patient 620 who allergic mushroom but she get mushroom for lunch need to see manager.
I and Aim went straight to her room and did apology; her husband angry and shouting not accept anymore. He need the complete care for patient from us not just apologize three time already happen to his wife.
I provide other tray for patient but not accept because she will discharge this afternoon. then I provide free of charge the meal for 3 days as April 20-22, 2016.
