Dear Mr. Prasert,
Error 48 sounds like a mechanical error within the MK20 Gyro. Probably a defect clamp.
To confirm the Gyro message please execute a BITE test following the coming instructions:
On the the Stand Alone PC click on the “CAN” Symbol in the task bar and the click on “Show UNS CAN”

Then go to CONTROL CENTER:

The control center opens up . Here just click on “BITE”. It takes up to 6 minutes. At the end it tells you where it saves the log file to. Copy the text document and sent it to us for further analysis.

If you cannot perform a bite test for any reasons please sent me screenshots of the module where the process is interrupted.
In addition it would be helpful if you could sent me the serial number of the MK20, the interface box and your stand alone system as well as the software version you are using.
Just to give you a heads up. If the error 48 is confirmed by the BITE test your Gyro need to be sent in to VMT for repair. In general the time is about 6 months depending on the availability of spare parts.
