Responsibilities:
• Support provide quotation and credit application in company standard formal to customer within required timeline
• Sourcing cost of freight import with overseas network and local costs
• Co-ordinate with Sales executive, Customer Care team and Operation team to deliver the seamless services to customer
• Support sales team’s plan and strategies
• Co-ordinate among customer and operation team to deliver the seamless services to customer
• In communication with existing and new clients
• Perform any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor and Manager
Required Qualifications:
• Male or Female. Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related fields.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in freight forwarding industry, customer service, import-export, shipping and logistics
•Having experience sales support in freight forwarder business is preferred.
• Computer literacy; Proficiency in Ms. Office Word, Excel and Power point
• Able to communicate in English both writing and reading.
• Service mind and Teamwork oriented
• Be able to work at Head Office, Soi Sukhumvit 50
