Unlike the traditional product, ULP is a life insurance policy which provides a
combination of risk cover and investment. The policyholders not only requesting to change
of their general information on the policy but they are also able to top-up the investment,
change fund allocation, withdraw part of the premium account value or surrender in case of
money needed. So, POS have to design the new workflow, guideline, standard operation
procedure, notification letter and policy statement to support ULP. Moreover, we have to
prepare the training course for both POS staff and relevant section.
