you said that you work as a physical therapist....are you working inside a hospital or do you have your own business...?
physical therapy becomes very interesting for me.....because I am practising fitness sport....this is training with bodyweight...rubber bands and / or barbells /dumbbells.....only for my own enjoyment. (I like the exhausting feeling ) also to improve fat loss strength endurance and power....at a certain age it is very important to train for muscle growht because the human body reducung muscle mass by the aging process...so to follow a fitness regime can stop the physical ageing process or slowing it down.....
I am more strong , have a better look and a happier appearance than most man my age......( this is also because of the practice of meditation and my almost life long vegetarian diet ) by eating vegetarian and practising fitness one has to look to get enough proteins......
but training is always fun but attaches pains..... a slight wrong movement can tear muscles and or bones.....
so physical therapy is very interesting ..maybe you can give me some information about your work...
what are your main patients ? living in Thailand I thing in the direction of car accidents....am I right ?
